Hi, I’m glad you’re here. With over 20 years of experience as a strategy consultant, leadership development advisor, and leader of a global team, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a trusted sounding board and strategic partner to hundreds of ambitious, thoughtful and growth oriented professionals. I understand firsthand the challenges people face at work—what inspires us, what can hold us back from believing in ourselves, and the powerful role we can play in driving impact.
My experience as a leader of diverse teams in the private and nonprofit sectors, combined with my training as a coach, and my background of growing up and working in multiple countries, allows me to easily and authentically connect with individuals and teams. My goal is to help you find greater alignment, confidence, balance, and impact in your work and leadership journey.
